Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to share my experience with Romance Pool following the renovation of my swimming pool and the construction of a new pool deck.

While their pricing is on the higher end, I believe the quality of their work and overall service justified the investment. During the bidding process, I received quotes from several other companies at lower prices. However, none of them presented the scope of work in such a detailed, professional, and organized manner as Romance Pool. That gave me confidence from the very beginning.

The team worked efficiently and completed the project within the agreed timeline.

I am a very detail-oriented and demanding customer when it comes to work being done on my home. Throughout the project, I requested several changes and adjustments, and they were ultimately completed to achieve the result I was looking for.

I would especially like to recognize Brian V., who supervised the project. His attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and commitment to quality made a significant difference in the final outcome. If you hire Romance Pool for a pool project, I highly recommend requesting Brian V. as your supervisor.

I would also like to acknowledge Kristian Romance, the owner of the company, for being attentive, courteous, and always available to answer questions and address concerns.

Overall, I would recommend Romance Pool to anyone looking for a high-quality pool renovation or pool deck project, backed by a professional team committed to delivering excellent results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Kristian and his team to renovate our pool/deck in Delray Beach and from the moment we met him (and then Daniela in the studio), it was an incredible process - start to finish. The professionalism, the design, the approachability and open communication before and throughout the project has been amazing. Our backyard is completely transformed and we/our kids couldn’t be happier in the new space. The Romance team kept us looped in every step of the way and made it a seamless process, and after getting several proposals to create our vision from other designers/companies, we couldn’t be happier going with Romance. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I first became acquainted with Romance Pools over a decade ago when they focused solely on pool maintenance. I was consistently impressed with their top-notch service and was disappointed when they shifted their focus to pool construction. However, when it came time to renovate my pool this year, I immediately thought of Romance Pools due to their past excellent work and the honesty and integrity of Kristian.
Working with Danielle on my new pool design was a dream and I could not be more pleased with the results. The transformation is truly stunning and the quality of workmanship is evident in every detail. Their team was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout the project.
While there were some challenges with language barriers and landscaping preservation during the construction process, Kristian has taken steps to address these issues by bringing in new experienced supervisors. Despite these minor setbacks, I am thrilled with the final outcome of my pool and cannot recommend Romance Pools highly enough. Their dedication to ethical business practices, professionalism, and commitment to quality make them stand out among other pool builders. If you are considering building a new pool or refurbishing an existing one, look no further than Romance Pools. The beauty of my new pool truly takes my breath away every time I see it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We contracted with Romance pools twice. The first time was for an existing pool renovation, the second time for a new pool build at a new home. We would not have contracted them the second time if the work performed on the first job was not exceptional.

The new pool build was built ahead of schedule. All contractors used by Romance Pools were professional. They arrived when scheduled, performed their respective work expertly, and were polite and friendly.

The owners of the company, Kristian and Daniela were always available. Kristian visited the site regularly. Pool design by Daniella was exceptional. The sales representative, Reed, was always a text or phone call away and came to the house on a regular basis. Calls were handled promptly and courteously. I was always informed of what work was scheduled. Never any surprises.

I recommend Romance Pools without reservation to anyone interested in their services. The company thrives on customer service, performs with integrity, and is a company you can trust. Pool companies are a dime-a-dozen in South Florida. Finding a diamond-in-the-rough pool build company like Romance Pools is priceless.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with Romance Pools was overall great. I worked directly with the owner (Kristian) to design and build our dream back yard. His wife (Daniella) worked with us on the design side and was super talented and understood our vision from the beginning. Kristian and his team (mainly worked with his PM Brian) were very transparent about the process and costs. There were some delays in the overall timeline of the project, but was expected due to year end holidays and some permitted hiccups. I am a very detail oriented guy and vetted multiple pool companies before committing to Romance Pools. I'm so happy I chose to work with them because the finish product is beautiful and very high quality work! Thank you Romance Pools!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Romance Pools – Exceptional Work, Truly Transformational

My pool was originally a disaster — damp, cracks at the bottom, electrical hazards, and none of the lights worked. Romance Pools completely transformed it. They redesigned everything from scratch and customized it to our needs. They fixed all the structural issues and then elevated the entire space: added a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, pool heater, fire bowls, turf, and full smart‑home control from my phone.

This area is now the most attractive part of my home. My kids love it, and honestly, a lot of kids in Broken Sound come over and probably wish their parents would build something like this too.

Kristian is extremely detail‑oriented, responsive, and professional. His communication is excellent, and he never leaves you with problems on your hands. Even when something isn’t technically his responsibility, if he can fix it, he will. That level of ownership is rare.

Daniela handled the design, and her work speaks for itself. She listens, she’s attentive, and she creates custom designs — not generic templates. She also saved us a huge amount of time with the HOA. She managed to get approval in a very short period, something 20 other contractors couldn’t accomplish.

They also never push you to spend money unnecessarily. They focus on what you actually need.

Highly recommend Romance Pools. They turned a hazardous, outdated pool into a resort‑level space my family enjoys every day.
